Shrimp Scampi and Sauvignon Blanc

Shrimp scampi with linguine, lemon, parsley and shrimp as the driving flavors. Paired with this dry Sauvignon Blanc. We reduced the sauce in this wine as well so the pairing went well together as the wine was in the cooking process.
